My recent stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Watertown - 1000 Islands was a delight for many reasons. Despite the pool being closed for maintenance, the newly renovated hotel provided a clean room with bright areas and a decent breakfast. the location was perfect for visiting our new grandbaby, near the Thousand Islands archipelago. The friendly staff, especially the older gentleman at breakfast, added a personal touch to our experience. Although our room wasn't serviced during our 6-night stay, the amenities like the indoor heated pool and free hot breakfast made up for it. the lack of advanced warning about the pool closure was a minor hiccup in an otherwise pleasant stay. The hotel's proximity to local points of interest like Fort Drum and the Thompson Park Zoo made it a convenient choice for our family trip. the room's thoughtful amenities, including free WiFi and oversized suites with whirlpool bathtubs, made us feel right at home. Overall, Comfort Inn & Suites Watertown - 1000 Islands provided a relaxing and comfortable retreat amidst our busy schedule, making it a memorable experience for our family.
